  They open and close my cottage for me every year. They do a great job at a reasonable rate. I've had them in for emergency services too - gas line replacement, overflowing toilet, broken furnace. Top notch services and great notes for a remote homeowner. It is sometimes a bit hard to get them on the phone, but they fulfill requests to their answering machine, so I'm usually not inconvenienced by that.
